How do I purchase a subscription?
Click the buy monthly or buy annual button and enter the email address you use with Google Sheets, along with your payment details. Once you complete the purchase, open the extension and click the Refresh status link to activate pro status.
How do I change my plan after subscribing?
This page is for new subscriptions. If you’ve already made a purchase, please log into the customer portal instead. When you upgrade via the customer portal, pricing will be pro-rated to take into account the amount you’ve already paid.
Will you automatically charge my credit card?
Yes, your credit card will be automatically charged at the interval you select (monthly or annually). Auto-renewal is on by default, and can be canceled in the customer portal. If you forget to cancel, just send us a note and we can refund you (one time only, please).
How do I change my billing address?
If you would like receipts sent to a different email address from your account email, please message support after completing your purchase, stating both your account email and the billing email.
Can I use API Connector for free?
Sure, API Connector has a free plan that you can use as long as you like. The free plan includes many useful features for working with APIs, enables unlimited requests through the IMPORTAPI feature, and up to 250 API requests a month through the sidebar. View all features here.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, when you install the plugin you automatically enter a 14-day free trial period, during which you can access all paid features. At the end of this period, you will automatically be switched to the free plan, unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I transfer my subscription?
Yes, if you would like to transfer your license to another account, please fill out this form with your current account email and the email to which you would like to transfer the license.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time through the customer portal. When you cancel your subscription, you won’t get billed again, and your subscription will remain active to the end of your billing period.
How are requests counted?
Each successful API request counts as one request. Paginated and multi-query requests run an API request for each loop, so if you request 2 pages or 2 different URLs, that counts as two separate requests. IMPORTAPI and failed requests do not count towards the total.
How does the Team Plan work?
Each user on the team plan receives a plan with the same access level as the Business plan. Once you complete your purchase, fill out the team plan access form to add users to your account.
What is the 14-day money-back guarantee?
Upon request, subscription fees will be refunded for any reason within 14 days of initial purchase.
Is payment secure?
Yes, this site holds a valid SSL certificate, and your payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
