In reply to Ilia. That’s the entry for the city of Kabul; the country of Afghanistan has its own entry. Keep searching down the list for “Afghanistan”, or filter for id= “2004” or type = “country” to find the country entry.

If you go to https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/data/geotargets, download the csv of geo targets, and search for "Afghanistan" you'll see it.

In reply to khnaz35. It's right there on the page you linked :p The page has a section called "Download CSV of geo targets", if you download that and filter for Target type = country, it results in the list on this page.

Thanks for your efforts. When looking at the data in Google ads API they dont have this information here: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/data/geotargets
